Leaf , as the most important component, can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum based on different working environments required.
Experiments demonstrate 97%of liquid impurity substance will be removed by the leaf;the temaining minimal size liquid impurity subsrances will be gradually gathered into bigger size dand fall down into the leaf groove.
Leaf filter sepqrators can not only be used for gas filtering individually but also can be combined with cartridge for more effective applications. |

Cartridge Leaf Filter Separator Principle
Three steps of separating process for cartridge leaf filer separator:
Step 1: Gravity separating
Gas flows into the filter body from inlet pipe. With the strong impact toward the shell surface or cartridge frame, impurity substances int big size will be sepqrated;
Step 2: Gcreening holes separating
Rechargeable fitring devices are equipped at the head side of the separator. The type and accuracy level can be chosen with different working requirements. Solid impurity substances in minimal size will be gathered into mist style stuff and removed. Step 3: Leaf separating leaf sepqrator is remove liquid impurity substance which will be gathered in a proper container inside.
XFS,YFS and YGF cartridge leef filter separators have 100% working efficiency for liquid imqurity substances over 8~10渭 and 99.5% working efficiency for dry solid imurity substance over 3渭 and 99.5% working efficiency for dry solid impurity substance with 0.5~3渭.
Filter Separator Working Efficiency
Generally, with clean cartridge the total pressure loss can be adjusted from 10kpa to 100kpa, accordingly.
