2 Application
Dandong Dongfa Gas Measuring and Cotrolling Instruments Co., Ltd. of Dandong Dongfa (Group) is a specialized Co., which manufactures instrument for measuring pipe gas flow rates. Its main product-LWQ series gas turbine meters are 1% highly accuracy type flowrates measurement instrument which are assembled and tested in our Co. and the assembly parts are supplied by Germany RMG Group Corp. the nominal flowrate of the meter is from 65 m3/h to 2500 m3/h, and the meters are suitable for measuring the flowrates of natural gas, town gas, propane, butane, ethane, air and N2 etc., because of its high accuracy, it is especially applied to trade measurement and used to be the standard meter which makes measurement value transmission for the gas flow rates. 2 Application:
N series gas meters are suitable for measuring flow-rate of town gas, natural gas, marsh gas and liquefied petroleum gas etc.
2 Features:
High sensitivity, accurate measurement, easy to install and maintain, and with reverse-proof device (that prevents the counter set from turning reversely). As the special surface treatment technology is adopted, the gas meters have strong corrosion resistance and long service life.
2 Structure:
gas meters of this series belong to diaphragm structure. The gas meter consists of outer casing, measuring unit and counter set.

2 Installation
When customers install gas meters, they should select the connection bend pipe or straight pipe according to meter fittings joint threading size and central distance of different type gas meters listed in the technical property table.
The gas meters should be checked for leakage by charging with air prior to installation, the air inflation pressure should not exceed 1.5 times maximum operating pressure. No flaming object allowed for checking on the pipe; never use oxygen, inflammable/explosive gases or poisonous/harmful gases for checking too.
The gas meters should be installed in a dry and ventilate place with the ambient temperature -10℃~40℃(gas meters can be made especially according to -20℃~50℃), forbidden to install in bedroom or bathroom and should be far away from firing objects.
The gas meters have two inlet structures left side and right side, when installing gas meters , attention is required that the gas flow direction should conform to the arrow-sign atop the casings in precaution against reverse connection(Build-in reverse-proof device inside).
The gas used should accord with the relevant standards stipulated by the country and no water content in the gas against the condensed water freezing inside the casings and failure to operate when the meters are installed outdoor and operates below zero temperature.
No bumping, inverting or damping allowed in storage and transportation。 |
