Most influential China International NGV and Gas Station Equipment Expo(NGV China) set up since 2000, held in Beijing annually, 12 years, from home and abroad 50 countries a total of more than 2,200 exhibiting companies, the audience of 198,000 people, for our natural gas vehicles, stations of the sustainable development of the industry have made outstanding contributions.

NGV China 2012 "will be May 8-10 in Beijing National Agricultural Exhibition Hall (New Hall), in order to make this show International top-level industry event, we will be more hard work to increase awareness, improve service and expand the scale exhibition to enhance effective exhibitors. The exhibition will be expected from 20 countries and regions, more than 300 exhibiting companies, displaying their latest technology and equipment. The exhibition will show the past - that the 21st century natural gas filling station equipment, motor vehicles and the latest developments and industry trends. Welcoming the active participation at home and abroad

When exhibitors had made the application form and payment , Please as soon as possible send your company's LOGO and exhibits introduction (with space booth can take pictures and do LOGO link on the show official web), to the organizers E-mail: qifa1238@126.com,organizers uploaded the exhibits and LOGO to (NGV China 2012) official website. You will be able to find some pre-show counterparts users. Organizers will arrange the order of priority for enterprises according the application form and payment.

Forum theme(To be confirmed) before Feb 10, 2012 

Forum will be invited : the International Association for Natural Gas Vehicles, the Asia-Pacific Natural Gas Vehicles Association, China Natural Gas Vehicles magazine, Sichuan Natural Gas Vehicles Professional Committee & and scientific research institutions of natural gas vehicles Engineers at home and abroad, some exhibitors who attended the high-level discussions.

Standard booth furnished with:

Exhibiting place, 2.5m high partition plate, a company name fascia board, a carpet with an area of 12 m², 1 information counter, 2 chairs, 1 power source socket (220v), 2 fluorescent lamps

The open space rental includes: exhibiting place, security, cleaning services (exclude management fee of 20yuan/m²)

●Special note: 

Those exhibitors who choose a booth and a booth with double openings will be charged with additional 20% of the total amount. 

As for the matters of transportation of exhibits and representative’s accommodation, please refer to <Exhibitor’s Manual>.

The exhibition fee is 600 Yuan/person (using for exhibition materials, lunch, gifts, etc.)

●Procedure for exhibitor:

Filling in Booth Application Form, and then sending the Form to Exhibition Organizing Committee by mail or by fax. Sending the exhibition expense (50% of deposit or the total) by TT or delivering it to Exhibition Organizing Committee within one week after submitting the Booth Application Form. The booths will be delivered following the principle of “Giving booths in accordance to the sequence of applying and paying”. The remaining amount should be paid off before January 10, 2012 otherwise, the sponsor will regard it as giving up, and the booth will not be reserved. After receiving the<Booth Application Form>and the payment, the sponsor will send the receipt and <Exhibitor’s Manual>together to exhibitors. 

The deposit will not be refunded to those exhibitors who cancelled the exhibition after making application.
