"Moscow Times" reported that 24 Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that Russia and China to export natural gas price negotiations have made progress, the two countries signed an agreement in early as next year.
Reported that the Chinese side requested Russia adhere to the price of natural gas exported to China in line with Europe on the basis of appropriate discount. Gazprom agreed to give talks in the Chinese price discounts and other concessions, but the discount rate and the specific preferences not yet been determined.
