Beijing time June 3, evening news, China Harbin electric Co., LTD (HRBN) 3 announced that it will end in 2013 to general electric (GE) buy four sets gas turbines.

These turbines will be applied in Harbin new projects to develop is electrical, this project is likely to be used in large and medium-sized cities in China regional heating engineering. Due to not sign the contract, the official procurement didn't disclose the price of this deal.

General electric and Harbin electric cooperative relationship began in 2003, and both parties in establishing joint ventures in 2010, often into China wind.
