It is reported, this project is kazakhstan government "2010 ~ 2014 industrial strategic development planning" and "petroleum refining factory integrated development six years planning" is one of the national key projects, the project contract amount to $1.68 billion, and includes the construction of 2.43 million tons/year catalytic cracking, 1.28 million tons/year gasoline hydrogenation, diesel hydrogenation, isomerization, hydrogen and other production equipment and supporting system, catalytic cracking technology using French AXENS patent, the contract time limit for a project for 41 months.
