Characteristics: Its whole working process only needs one person to operate, therefore, it reduces the intensity of labour and improves the productivity.

2 Cylinder-unloading Device
Technical Instruction
When the heavy cylinders are unloaded from the conveyance line, they are arranged in lines and rows(5×5 cylinder position，3×7 cylinder position) on the fixed or movable pallet orderly, then use the forklift to lift and pack into the trucks directly.
Characteristics: We can realize the machinery automatic operation for the heavy cylinders from off-line to packing, therefore, it can greatly reduce the intensity of labour and improves the productivity.

2 Cylinder-loading Device

The heavy cylinders are stacked up on the conveyance line, then, use the trolley to fork the ready-piled cylinders away and pack into the truck or store.
Characteristics:Use the machinery to stack up the cylinders instead of labour, it can reduce the intensity of labour and saves the place for storing the cylinders.
